Independent Living Plus allows you to remain independent with daily assistance provided on a scheduled basis. Medication reminders, medical appointment management, assistance with personal care, and more are included for one set price. Trained and trustworthy staff provide the care you need in the privacy of your own apartment. Independent Living Plus is available in all Independent Living apartments from studios to spacious 1,300 square feet two-bedroom units.
Activities of Daily Living
- Personal Hygiene: bathing/showering, grooming, nail care, or oral care
- Dressing: assistance making appropriate clothing decisions and physically dressing oneself
- Transferring/Mobility: standby transfer assistance
- Communication Support: sorting mail, using the phone, email, or simple tech support with televisions, WIFI, PCs, or other electronic devices
- Home Organization: dish washing, trash removal, bed making, putting away laundry, seasonal decorating, filing, packing, or downsizing support
- Resource Referrals: identifying and scheduling external sources of support
LEVEL ONE
$500/monthly
- Daily well-being checks (1x per day)
- Daily medication reminders (up to two times daily)
- Daily bed making/trash removal as necessary
- Up to 30 minutes of personal caregiver assistance per day
- Service planning consultation
LEVEL TWO
$750/monthly
- All services available in Level One
- Medication reminders (up to four times daily)
- Up to 45 minutes of personal caregiver assistance per day
LEVEL THREE
$1,500/monthly
- All services available in Levels One and Two
- Up to 60 minutes of caregiver assistance per day
Service packages can be tailored to individual need on a case-by-case basis.
